Team Friday with Stephanie

When I saw this layout at Freshly Made Sketches, I knew my MISTI would make putting it together a snap.

I used the new Impression Obsession Namaste Stamp as my focal point and two pieces of coordinating cardstock.

I stamped the sentiment twice using my MISTI, so the sentiment was positioned in the same place on both pieces of cardstock (I love how my cardstock was the exact shade as my MISTI with the Turquoise Stickers).

Since the sentiments were aligned, when I trimmed my cardstock, I could trim both pieces both together and assemble my texty puzzle for the sketch.

I added Impression Obsession Geometric Flower Die Cuts (topped with Eyelet Outlet Flower Bling).

Here is another take on the same MISTI technique using my Impression Obsession Wedding Collage background stamp.  This time I stamped twice with Rose Petals Ink on Ivory and Lavender Cardstock.

I trimmed my backgrounds together & then cut them into four pieces to assemble my grid ... the other great thing about this technique is you can end-up with two cards by assembling all of your pieces back together.

This time I matted on grey cardstock leaving a slight space between my pieces.

Are there stamps in your collection that would be fun to create with a grid design using your MISTI?
