Can I tell you how excited I was when I saw the instructions on the back of these stamps? I felt like I won an Oscar. Concord & 9th is one of my favorite stamp companies. I usually buy something from each release. Haha! Something? I usually buy the entire collection each month.
I used the Triangle Turnabout Stamp Set to make these two cards. The stamp is a 6 x 6 background stamp. If you stamp it once, you get a pattern. Then you can rotate it to create more patterns. Each time you turn your paper 90 degrees, it creates a new look.
After stamping the back ground, I trimmed the front panel of my first card, That left me a small strip to make my second card. So two cards for the price of one background. I used a sentiment from Many Mandalas. The bigger sentiment is from an older stamp set, Lacy Leaf.
This is a sneak peek at their next release that will be available on Sunday, April 9th at 9 a.m. MST. Leave a comment on each blog for your chance to win the entire release plus an Original MISTI. The winner will be selected by Concord & 9th on April 10th.

Three learnings for me: marking your paper to keep track of turns; stamping/trimming a larger panel and using the 'snippets' on a second card; discovering that I'm not the only one who can't cut straight, even with tools! Great to know that all of us have challenges of some nature when it comes to crafting, but we find our ways! Again, thank you!
