Friday Funday Tutorial - with Fabiola!

We’re so happy to kick off the Valentine’s season with this adorable project created by our talented designer, Fabiola Giardinario. Her sweet cupid-themed postcard is full of charm, soft colors, and beautiful details that truly celebrate love and creativity. In this tutorial, Fabiola will walk you through her process using the MISTI, MISTI Lite, and OLO alcohol markers to build a stunning Valentine’s Day card from start to finish. Hello creative friends, with my first Valentine's Day-inspired project of the year.

I started by stamping Impronte d'Autore stamps with Misti and then colored everything with Olo alcohol markers. I really enjoy coloring characters and imagining little scenes on my cards.

Next, I cut a postcard using my Spellbinders die-cutting machine with the Lorabailora postcard die, which also includes stamps and other elements. I used Misti Lite because I needed to stamp and create a full-surface pattern with complete freedom for my postcard. I colored the edges with markers.

Then I stamped a sentiment and started assembling everything.

At the end, we'll have our personalized Valentine's Day card to send with lots of love.
