Sweet & Stamped: A Perfect Valentine Project

-with Ceal Pritchett

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, and today’s Team Tuesday project is full of sweetness and creativity! Ceal Pritchett is sharing an adorable handmade Valentine card that highlights just how easy and fun stamping can be when you pair the right tools with charming designs. Using the Petunia Platform and the Mini MISTI, Ceal creates a perfectly aligned and beautifully colored project that’s ideal for spreading love this season. Whether you’re making cards for friends, family, or that special someone, this is a wonderful project to add to your Valentine crafting list.

Hey everybody!

It's Ceal, here. Today I am sharing a cute Valentines card using the Petunia Platform and the Mini MISTI.

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base, a white panel for the background and another white piece of cardstock for the images. I used the Mini MISTI so I could stamp all the images of the Lawn Fawn Critter Conversation Hearts stamp set at once even though I may not use them all.

I used the coordinating coloring stencils to color them, to do that I placed the panel with the stamped images on a Sticky Mat and then placed that on our Petunia Platform, then the Power Mag to hold it down as I add color. I cut them out with the coordinating dies.

After I got them all cut out, I used the Master Layouts 15 by Gina K Designs to cut postage stamps to place them on.

The heart background is from Concord & 9th and the sentiment is by Taylored Expressions. A bunch of different companies that came together nicely.

Thanks for stopping by! Ceal
