Today's card was fun to make. It was like icing cupcakes. I love using glitter paste. When I was making a plan in my head to use the Picket Fence Studio Peacock Tail Stencil, I knew I wanted to use glitter paste or gel. The difficult part was to decide what colors to use. That is when my squirrel syndrome sets in.
I ended up swatching out all my glitter pastes and gels. I settled on three different colors: Bo Bunny Wasabi, Bo Bunny Caribbean, and Gina K Turquoise Sea. Look at the picture below to see how all those colors meshed together.
For an easier and faster version of the card I used Distress Oxides: Twisted Citron, Peacock Feathers, and Mermaid Lagoon. Of course, a card is not complete without a little bit of bling. So I sprayed the cards using a mix of Inkon3 Liquid Pixie Dust. Don't confuse that with Pixie Spray that is used on stencils for temporary adhesive.
My sentiment is from Picket Fence Studios Let's Shake Our Tail Feathers stamp set. My card bases are on Gina K Key Lime cardstock.
