Team Tuesday - With Anna Wight

Meet Anna Wight — A Beloved Creative, Back and Better Than Ever

We’re thrilled to shine this week’s Team Tuesday spotlight on a creator many of you already know and adore — Anna Wight of SweetMissDaisy Designs. After years of sharing her whimsical art, clever stamps, and signature style with our community, we couldn’t be happier to welcome her back as an official member of our design team.

Anna’s talent speaks for itself. As the heart and soul behind SweetMissDaisy, she’s built a loyal following thanks to her charming illustrations and consistently high-quality designs. Her work has become a go-to for card makers and paper crafters who love that sweet, homespun vibe — and we love that same vibe, too.

We feel lucky to have Anna’s creativity, experience, and unique artistic voice on board. Expect to see her fresh ideas and upcoming projects sprinkled throughout our blog and social channels. We’re excited for you to get to know her better — and even more excited for what’s coming next.

Welcome back on the team, Anna! 💖

Hi everyone! Anna here, with greetings from a beautiful, drizzly pacific northwest! Do you love snowmen as much as I do!? The card I’m sharing today was made using the recently released snowman of the month photopolymer stamp set from SweetMissDaisy Designs, Snowman with Wreath.

I used the Mini Misti to stamp the image and sentiment several times to ensure a great image on textured watercolor paper.

I watercolored the image and paired it with a cheery turquoise card stock that was stamped with the Decorative Snowflake background stamp, also from SweetMissDaisy DesignsFaux stitching and a vintage seam binding bow makes for a really cute card, perfect for sending love to someone near or far.

I love how the Mini Misti allows me to stamp perfectly, every time! On card panels or on smaller sentiment banners, I can stamp with precision, giving me the perfect placement and impression for every project.  Sentiments are stamped perfectly placed, and stamped images on watercolor paper (or other textured papers) are a breeze to create!

Thanks for joining me on the blog today! Stay healthy and well!
