Using the Mini MISTI, Anna demonstrates how easy it is to achieve perfectly placed sentiments every time, helping create professional-looking cards while keeping them lightweight and mail-friendly.

Hello everyone! Anna here, with greetings from the beautiful pacific northwest! 

To save a little on “extra” postage needed for mailing cards, I like to stamp sentiments directly on the image layer or on background paper to avoid the extra layers and weight that sentiment banners add to my cards. Placing sentiments is so easy to do with a Misti! 

Place your pattern paper into the Misti (I use the Mini Misti for this process) and align your sentiment using the grid lines on the cover plate of the Misti. It’s helpful if you know where the other layers of your card will eventually be adhered so you can get the placement of the sentiment “just right”. 

When stamping on pattern paper I like to use VersaFine Clair ink. It stamps crisply and dries fast so I can continue assembling my card without having to wait a long time for ink to dry. 

The cards I’m sharing today were made using the Beachside clear stamp set from SweetMissDaisy Designs. 

I love how the Mini Misti allows me to stamp perfectly, every time!
