I really liked the Simon Says Stamp Plank Background stamp. I thought it would work well for those masculine cards that totally suck to make. You read that correctly. When I sit down to make a masculine card, my mind shuts down and I start to panic. The Concord & 9th Big Thanks Die made it easy this time. I was really looking to make more masculine birthday cards and the Thanks card was a happy addition to the design.
I looked through my dies to see what happy die I could find and came across the Concord & 9th Happy Frame Die set. Sadly, it has been retired from Concord & 9th's website, but I did find it for sale here and here. So if you want to make this card, order fast.
I do need to give credit to Kristina Werner for the color combination she posted here. One of the things I struggle most is thinking of original color combinations.
This was a super fast card to make and I hope you enjoy the video. Don't forget to hit the like and subscribe buttons.
Thanks for stopping by!

DeleteI forgot to tell you I love the colour combo as well. I have to admit, I saw all of Kristina's Oxide combos also and without someone else's ideas, I tend to draw a blank in that department. An awesome set of cards.
ReplyDeleteI get stuck all the time. Glad I am not the only one.
