Hello! This is Amy from the Neat & Tangled Design Team! I'm so excited to be sharing a quick card set that I made using the wonderful MISTI along with Heart of Gold stamp set by Neat & Tangled.
For my particular project, the benefits of stamping a set of cards quickly is a huge plus. I'm one of those people that find mass production not high on my to-do list.
TIP: I started off with a set of card panels that have been die cut so they are all the same size.
With the huge trend of watercoloring, the MISTI is a fabulous tool to use. The texture of watercolor paper tends to make stamping a challenge.
I was able to quickly stamp a set of the panels.
I used Mowed Lawn Distress Ink with the heart image.
I did a quick wash of water on the panel and needed to finish off the card with the sentiment.
I ended up stamping the sentiment twice because the first round just wasn't crisp enough.
I ended up stamping the sentiment twice because the first round just wasn't crisp enough.
I finished off my card with splatters of gold and bundled them up with chunky wool yarn. It's a quick and fun gift that was a snap to make.
A big shout out to Iliana for collaborating with Neat and Tangled!
Your card is beautiful.
