Hello friends!! Giovana here today with a simple card with few mixed media touches, plus these new stamps are just released, yes just released today, they are from Technique Junkies!
Let's get started.
I used my Mini MISTI, Circle Make More Circle Stencil and the Floral Border Stamp, illustrated by Rita Barakat for Technique Junkies Stamps
I stamped the beautiful floral border using my Mini MISTI and a piece of watercolor paper, image was stamped in Versamark Watermark, then added White embossing powder and heat set. After that I colored the image with Ken Oliver Color Burst, for this project I used: Fuchsia, Indigo, Lemon Yellow, Lemon Ochre, Alizarin Crimson and Ultramarine Blue, this last color was used also to color the background.
After the image was completely dry, I used the Circle Make Circles stencil and Broken China Distress Ink and gently applied a layer of ink on the image, just wanted a little extra touch, nothing too intense, then stamped the Delight sentiment
After that, I inked all the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink, tied a bow on the left side of the panel, added foam adhesive behind the panel and added to a white card base.
As a final, touch I added few pearls on the flowers.
