Fall is in the Air

 Hello everyone! Anna here, with greetings the pacific northwest! The card I’m sharing today was made using stamps from Impression Obsession. Since I was stamping on watercolor paper, I needed to be able to stamp the image and sentiment multiple times to ensure a great impression!

I love how the Mini MISTI allows me to stamp perfectly, every time! On card panels or on smaller sentiment banners, I can stamp with precision every time, giving me the perfect placement and impression for every project.  Sentiments are stamped perfectly placed, and stamped images on watercolor paper (or other textured papers) are a breeze to create!

I used a sentiment from the set to add a greeting.  Using a Mini MISTI is my favorite way to stamp on watercolor paper. The texture of watercolor paper can be challenging to get a good impression without making multiple impressions. The set is filled with adorable chicks, flowers, and sentiments perfect for Easter and Spring cards for mothers, friends, sisters, kiddos and more.  

I stamped the image on watercolor paper using a permanent brown ink and watercolored the image with some shimmering watercolors. The tulip in this image is so spring-inspiring! Paint it in all of your favorite tulip colors! I splattered some gold and silver watercolor pigments over the card once everything was painted and assembled. Thinking of You

Hello everyone! Anna here! The tag I’m sharing today was made using the Voodoo Doll die set and Voodoo Doll Sayings stamp set, both recently released from Impression Obsession. Once I had the Stitched Tag die cut and added details of faux stitching with the Border Stitches die set, I placed the tag in my Mini MISTI so I could stamp the sentiment nice and straight. 

Using the Mini MISTI saves me so much time, and keeps me from wasting paper due to poor stamping, or having to “creatively cover” mistakes when I stamp a sentiment crooked.
