Get ready for beautiful details, clever tips, and a project filled with celebration-worthy inspiration.

Hello crafty friends!

It’s Ceal, here. Today for Team Tuesday I am sharing a graduation card using products from Pinkfresh Studio and Hero Arts.

To make this card I started with a white card panel placed inside the Original MISTI and stamped the peony background using VersaMark ink and embossed it in gold powder.

Next, I placed the embossed panel on a Mini Sticky Mat and then placed it on the Petunia Platform and held it down with to Power Mags.  Let me tell ya, it didn’t move at all. (Tip: if you do not have the Petunia Platform just flip your MISTI over. The magnets will stick to the metal plate).  I used the layering stencils to color the flowers.

To finish the card, I cut the panel in a diagonal and then out the “2 & 6” using number dies by Hero Arts.

Power Mags do so much more than simply hold paper in place—they become extra “hands” in your craft room! 💛 When paired with the Petunia Platform’s metal work surface, they create a secure, versatile workspace that opens the door to even more creative techniques.

Creative uses you may not have thought of:

• Create your own masking station — Hold masks and masking paper firmly in place for spotlight techniques, ink blending, and scene building.

• Keep intricate die cuts from moving — Blend ink, add details, or assemble tiny pieces without chasing them around your desk.

• Build and preview card layouts — Arrange sentiments, die cuts, and embellishments while your design stays exactly where you placed it.

• Anchor slimline and specialty card sizes — Odd-shaped projects can be difficult to hold steady; Power Mags make them much easier to manage.

• Hold acetate, vellum, and specialty papers securely — Work confidently with materials that tend to slide or curl.

• Create a hands-free workspace — Keep watercolor paper or cardstock from shifting while adding color and details.

• Use them as movable guides — Create temporary boundaries for straight lines, sentiment placement, or geometric designs.

Why crafters love the combination:

The Petunia Platform provides a sturdy metal work surface, while Power Mags add strong holding power exactly where you need it. Together they create a stable, precision-focused workspace that helps reduce slips, shifting, and frustration—so you can spend less time fixing mistakes and more time enjoying the creative process.

Once you start using them together, they quickly become one of those “How did I ever craft without these?” combinations!
