If you are not familiar with Stamp of Approval, it is a collection hand picked by Catherine. Some stamps are designed by her and others are a collaboration with stamp companies. These are exclusive to the SOA collection, so you won't be able to find these anywhere else (at least not for a while). These collections only come out every quarter. They sell out quick and to get a jump on the collection, signing up for the wait list. You are not obligated to purchase, you just get a notification for your chance to purchase when it is available.
The next collection is about to be released. As a matter of fact it is releasing on July 13th. Members of Stamp Nation will get a notification one hour before the public.
I missed out on the first collection but managed to get the last two. It was like getting a present in the mail. A present from me to me :)
This time I was sent my box early. These are the cards that I made.
For this card, I stamped the backgroud out twice, once in Delicata Gold Glitz pigment ink and once in Versafine Onyx Black ink. I used clear embossing powder on the black and gold embossing powder on the other one. I cut down the background and overlayed a gold strip of the pattern. I stamped the sentiment in black and also embossed it with clear. I used black strips along both edges and under the sentiment.
