Team Tuesday with Stephanie

I love using my Memory Misti for Cardmaking ... it gives me lots of space to rotate a full piece of cardstock to get several designs.

This week I started by coloring my background stamp with several colors of Gelatos.

Next I sprayed with water and stamped Technique Junkies Valentine Love.

Next I rotated my paper, colored the stamp a second time, and re-stamped.

I colored the stamp a second time using only the red Gelato.

For my first card, I used a version of the Technique Junkies Background Stained Glass Tutorial and cut the background into pieces and reassembled it on a black cardstock background.

I had to trim down a few edges to make things align with the spaces between.  I punched a heart from one of the other stamped images and finished with a sentiment from Technique Junkies Love you More Set of 5.

For the second card, I punched 1 3/8 inch squares from the remaining stamped images and assembled them on black cardstock.

I used the same heart punch and sentiment, but added a red gem heart in the center.

I hope you will look at your background stamps differently and play with paper piecing designs and your MISTI.
