Hi crafty friend!  Jordan here from Jordan’s Easy Entertaining and I’d like to start off by wishing you a very happy New Year! Today I’m sharing with you a card with an encouraging “I Bee-lieve in you” sentiment.

My bestie has some amazing opportunities coming up this year and I’m ready to cheer her on.  I came across this adorable Beelieve Stamp Bundle set from Hero Arts while I was going through my stash and thought it would make a great card to send to her.

I started off my project by using the largest rectangle from the Spellbinders Nested Postage Labels and Tags die set to cut out the main panel out of white heavy weight cardstock.  I then placed the panel into my MISTI to stamp my sentiment right in the middle.  I then used a second piece of the same white cardstock in my MISTI to stamp my bees and flowers with Altenew Obsidian pigment ink.

I smeared some Altenew crisp die ink and fresh die ink onto an acrylic block and added water with my paintbrush to watercolor each bee and flower. After they were dry, I used the coordinating dies from the stamp bundle set to cut.

I used my Precision Glue Press to add the flowers around my sentiment directly to the card panel.  Then I used pop up foam squares to add the bees. I once again used my Precision Glue Press to add some flat back pearls and gems. I attached the main panel of my card to the purple background piece (cut out with the coordinating postage die) with some more glue. It looked like my cardstock wanted to curl up a little bit, so I used some Mini Pawn magnets on my Petunia Platform to hold it in place while it dried.

I used a tape runner to attach my card front to an A2 card, and then I decided that I’d like a stamped sentiment inside the card too. I used my MISTI Lite along with my Petunia platform and Power Mag and a stamp that says, “amazing things will happen.”

I hope my bestie loves this card, and that you enjoyed this post. Have a great day!

Let's do something fun for the start of 2026!  Comment below what My Sweet Petunia products I used to make this card and all entries will go into a random drawing for a $25.00 gift certificate to the My Sweet Petunia store!  The winner will be randomly chosen this Friday night, January 9th, 2026.  The winner will be messaged privately as well as announced on our blog, Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Good Luck!

  18. Jordan, thanks for the explicit details! There are several little details you shared that go beyond the finished product! The colors drew me in first. The way the postage frame contrasts and sits so close to the edge changes the appearance from looking like a stamp to more of an edging. Also, I never thought of adding water to the ink to paint with it! Love, love, love it! Thanks for sharing!
